Another 'big' expense

   Well after many mini-blackouts and burned electronics got the battery backup/surge protector in.  The Computer, server, printer and internet are now 'safe'.  Lost printer last brownout, burned switch, Best Buy exchanged for a new printer so we are good.

Now won't lose server and have to deal with all the complaints either.  The Uni-Fi network still goes down now and then, but getting better.
