   Holy crap, what an amazing video game story. The original Bioshock sat somewhere just below System Shock 2, Heavy Rain, and the Half-Life series for me in the hierarchy of single player storylines. It was fantastic, original, and expertly designed but it didn't really hit you in any significant way.

Bioshock 2 was, in my opinion, utterly lifeless so I honestly didn't expect much out of the third one. I think it actually manages to surpass any of the otherscon mt list. I can't recall the last time I played through a full game overnight without stopping until this game.

The ending especially tugs at your logic core and by the time it's over the developers have molded a 10-12 hour game into a profound statement on regret and guilt. Amazing.
