Remember Model98.com. Yea, it's history. sad very sad.

Anyway, I did the Trigger slop mod today. I was suprised at how well it works.

Aquire a #30 .1285 drill bit.

Make a pin, the same length as the trigger pivot pin, out of the base of the drill bit.

Replace the trigger pivot pin with the new fat one. It fits very snug, but takes 90 percent of the side to side slop out.

I stuck a straw in there. helped a little, but not nearly as much, as there's still room. I wonder if I put tape around pin if that would help.....

My opinion is that tape and plastic peices are trouble. They crush, migrate, basically contaminate the marker.

The new pin is clean, reliable and permanent. 6 months from now it will still be there. Can you say that about the tape.

I use a plastic peice in mine, I was going to make a whole new pin but I don't use my tippmann much anymore, probebly going to sell it on ebay soon.
