I don't think  that they are made by brass eagle.  But anyways I've never seen one in action so I won't say the suck or they are junk because I don't know.  But If you like mech and don't wanna fool with electric and don't plan on a new 3 way then I say go for it.

you can make them electro.

you dont need to mount the solinoid to were the 3 way is

1. just because the 3-way isnt upgradeable doesnt mean they are junk. im assuming you have never shot one so you cant say they are junk. not many people plan on going electro, so that isnt a problem.
 these are great cockers for beginers learning how to use and maintain a cocker

2. they are not MADE by brass eagle. brass eagle may be the owners, but the same engineers ate wgp are still producing these cockers. no difference, just a company name change.

if its in your price range and you want to start getting into cockers, go for it. it will live up to the wgp name and hold its own for the price.
