i have my 98 custom and love it, but i also love the feel of electros. our town also might be getting a speedball field, so i'm thinkin of gettin a speedball gun. should i put an E-grip in my 98 or get a new electro? i don't want to spend over 300$. also is the Pro Stock '05 any good(i would have to run co2)? |

Well, you'd need a faster loader and HPA along with your new gun and you might have a tough time doing so. Your best bet would be to install the Egrip.

With CO2 you have 3 basic options: E-Spyder, E-98c, or mech 'Cocker. E-Spyder This will probably be the fastest with eyes, aftermarket boards with ramping and aftermarket triggers. But with speed you sacrifice durability. A Spyder requires a lot more maintainence than a Tippy. E-98c More reliable and care free than the Spyder, but less upgrade options performance wise. Still an over all great gun, and probably your best choice. Mech 'Cocker A great mech high end gun. But not for beginners. 'Cockers require a lot of maintainence, and you MUST be willing to learn. Not as fast as the electromechs, but overall higher quality (unless you get a Trilogy, as those suck...). |

Or you could also go with the ever so rare Ion.

i've decided i don't want an ion. and my only option is co2 for the time being. so it would have to be co2 friendly. i've thought about an electra or fenix but i heard some bad things about electras. also there is no paintball store within 100 miles of me so a user friendly gun would be nice.

Then you probably should just get the E-Grip.

sounds great but it wasnt clear enough on the co2. my ONLY option is co2. there is no place in town to fill HPA. so the gun would have to run good on co2. i guess i have another question though. if i use a remote with for example the gz timmy, would it still hurt the gun or since its like a big expansion chamber would it be alright? |

IT is fast-paced paintball in small quarters, like the stuff on TV with all the blow up bunkers and such, and the really fast expensive guns. |
