What is better, a Shocker or Nerve?

I have shotten both and in my opinion  the shocker is the better marker.  I was left unimpressed with the nerve and most people aren't either.  There was all the hype about the nerve and it ended being an ok/medioker marker.

I prefer the Shocker. I've played with them both, and really, there's no difference. They preform exactally the same. The Nerve gets about a pod better air efficency off a 68/4500, but that's with the stock bolt. Otherwise, they both operate the exact same way. The biggest thing about the Nerve was it's ramping board, which SP now put in all their Shockers too, so that's not a special feature anymore. They basically the same gun, the Shocker's just smaller. Save youself some cash and get a Shocker and some ups like Dynasty board and new bolt, or get a Dynasty Shocker for the same price as a Nerve. Not to say the Nerve isn't a good gun, I just don't see anything special about it to justify the extra cash over a Shocker, and I must not be alone, because the Nerve doesn't seem to be a very big hit.

Shocker...

The Nerve looks cool, but it's really just an Impulse at heart. It's not worth the extra cash, and it can't beat a Shocker.


If I were you, I'd look for either a Shocker or a Matrix. They're basically the same thing.
