The Egrip does 13bps on full auto, and can get up to 15 at least on semi.
A properly tuned R/T gets 13-15 bps stock... They are about the same. |

Personnaly I think the e-grip is faster on turbo... The new ones can reach 17 BPS compared to the old 15 BPS. I would got with the E-grip cause it has more than 1 mode.

Technicly, the R/T is faster, since theres really no cap on it (except maybe the amount of air it recieves). Now will you be able to rip it out of the box and shoot 17+ bps?.. no, but with adjusting?... yes.

I'd have to say e-grip because it's easier to consistantly shoot fast. The r/t shoots fast in short bursts, but it's difficult to sustain that rate of fire. If you want to shoot ropes, you'll need the e-grip.

If you mod your e-grip you can shoot 30 balls a second. www.wickedairsports.com . They have the special board for the egrip to make ur gun shoot 30BPS. |

I run out of paint before I lose my sweet spot. But I think the e-grip and a properly tuned r/t are about the same in speed- but the e-grip is a whole lot more user friendly than the r/t is.

I think that because when properly tuned, they can both hit close to the same speeds, the R/T is better.
This is for the simple reason that R/T is the mechanical solution to a problem that companies like WDP just go electro for. Tippmann always goes with the mechanical solution, and thats why i love em! (cyclone, R/T, and im sure there will be more) |
