i need a noid for a project. when it is in the "off" position it needs to have air going to one side of a ram, then when its in the "on" position it needs to have air going to the other side of a ram.

what kind of solenoid would this be? LINKS ARE VERY APRECIATED PLEASE!!!!!!

i need this because i want to do an experiment with my cocker. dunno if anyones done this before but i want to put a solenoid in place of the 3 way, and a microswitch to control the solenoid, yet leave the action of the sear mechanical.

Its just an experiment so dont go all "just get an eblade" on me.

thanks!
