I'm seriously considering getting a Smart Parts Teardrop 12inch barrel for my Tippmann 98 Custom. Should I? Please help, as I am fairly new to the sport. ( The reason I want to get a Teardrop over a Werks, is, they look cooler to me, and that's all I have money for.)

That is a very good choice.. especially for a beginner. I would go for it, but if you can, try out different markers before you buy one.. see which suits you best.

Teardrop is nice, but don't overlook the Lapco Bigshot.
Many people will tell you the Bigshot is the most accurate barrel you can buy (not considering barrel kits for different sized paint). I'm one of them. I love the Bigshot for shooting Draxxus Blaze and most other paint. |
