I know this isn't an Ion forum, but Smart Parts doesn't have a forum, e-mailing them whould take too long, and pbnation sucks. So I hope somone on hear might Know what's going on. The problem is this; when I screw in the nitro tank at the begining of the day it leaks air out the barrel, but if I unscrew the tank and screw it back in it is fine. I have never run into anything like this, has any one else?

Your bolt is probably getting stuck when you first screw it in. Have you lubed it lately? Many problems with an Ion not functioning properly is just the bolt needs to be lubed. I thought my noid was dieing on me once. The Ion wouldn't cycle fully every time. I lubed up the bolt and it shot like new.

You can use shocker lube, but Evil Pus is the exact same. I have Evil Pus and it works great.
