To everyone who is dogging the usefulness of this marker:  If this is set up exclusively for CQB or as he referred to it "tight situations," then the barrel length really isn't an issue.  As for the stock, while I run my CQB marker without one, I have to admit their might be advantages to that stock.  My guess would be that using it in a CQB game would trade on-target speed for stability; but that is just a guess.

Hmmm . . . there's something missing from that.

Anyway... is that a hammerhead on there? It seems a little short to really get the best accuracy you can get from a hammerhead.  I suggest get a bit longer of a barrel and then cover it with a mock silencer to achieve the SMG look but also achieve a better performance. 

And I know what you mean by SMG style markers.  They're nice to have (if you need the aspect of looks on a marker) because they are a bit smaller and handle easier in dense brush or tight quarters.  I just can't make up my mind though.  I had a Recon E5 (M4 looks) but wanted something smaller so I went to a UMP A5 but then got rid of that to make my Hk33 mod..then got rid of that to get something similar to an M4 mod again... and now want a sniper mod on my 98  Not enough markers to go around...

I say keep at the SMG style, it looks really great especially with that set-up you got.  Question: Why don't you consider putting that vertical grip on with the straight mag? I'm curious to see what it'd look like, because I like how it looks with the curved mag.

its a shark tooth barrel which i found to be still accurate over distances, i would recomend trying it

on the side of upgrades, its red hot power tubed, its got a jcs ratchet in the cyclone and to be honest im sticking with the responce as not to fond of the egrip myself as for holding my own on the feild, its never been a problem. the X7 is better than the A5, its lighter and the shrouds look great. I have My A5 and its great but i prefer the X7 its a better machine for me.

depending on the game, size of the field etc i have hammerhead bang stick with M4 set up just got the ump shroud to make a longer set up

He's got some nice work.. I've seen a few markers hes made, they're pretty cool. 

 

Why not put the straight SMG mag on there with the UMP handguard? That'd top it off real nice.
