If i had goe to that school i would have tried to do cartwheels too just to get rid of the stupid rule.

Im so glad i got out of high school before stuff like this started happening across the entire education system.

one of the dumbest rules every made. "the first thing we think about is the saftey of our children" well that's just so dumb that they shouldnt have made it still. i know they want to help, but that's just kind of an outrageous thing. next it will be that they dont want kids to have pencils in school because they might stab themselves.

The american education system is bull  . In florida you can get suspended for bringing  a skateboard to a public school in st. johns county.

I read bout this yesterday on MSNBC and yes its hella stupid, the parents and their daughter might as well moved outta San Jose, Ca. and move further north where there isnt any "cartwheel cops" around.

lol ironically we were talking abotu this at supper last nite and it turns out that she was doin cartwheels all the time...not just at recess but in the lunch room in class, everywhere and she had been warned time and tiem again to stop.  she problly did get annoyign with it.  all thsoe kids that take gymnastics are always showing off their stuff...a girl on my lil sis's basket ball team got ANNOYING to no end doing that stuff all the time on the sidelines and at practices.

yeah, youre right...im pretty sure only like a couple people said it was the republican's fault...wait...no, everyone did, my bad.

I dont think they should have sued, they should have threatened the school district with a lawsuit if they didnt change the rules though.  Another thing, whoever said it, yeah, rules are getting way too harsh these days...but with the population growing at the rate it is there has to be more rules for the incredibly astounding rate of multiplying stupid people in America...its sad, but it has to be done...
