I just got my new E-grip today and finished setting it to the settings I
want. Anyways when i went to put my ASA adapter back into the
handle the bolt that goes through the ASA would not go. If i
tightened it all the way eventually the grip would start to split at
the seams. I think my problem is that the ASA is in the grip a
little bit crooked and that is what is causing the bolt to go in hard.
The only solution that I could conjur up was to possibly drill out the hole that goes through the ASA. Or might this be a mistake. Currently I have my remote going directly into the gun. But that isn't my preference. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thx. Edited by Rudy - 14 July 2006 at 11:49pm |

Loosen the three philips head screws and then insert the ASA, this may help with the alignment. You may be over tightening it , try holding the short end of the wrench and tighten , this will limit the amount of torque yoe can apply.
