It'd be soooo much easier to do to a egripped a-5 or a espyder, just
have the wires from the board go form the front to the solenoid at the
back.

He is going to put an ebolt on it so it won't be that hard. Just have the micro switch up in the front and get longer wires to route back to the board. And, the solenoid is either the peice that actuates the sea (egrip and e-spyders/clones) or it's the peice connected to the board that lets gas in and then sends it to the ram. It is not the peice that the trigger pushes back on. That is the micro switch. So putting the solenoid in front would not do anything except make the gun not function. I'm sure you meant micro switch though.
And, you guys who don't know about real firearms, a bullpup is a gun with the breech in the back end. This allows you to use a longer barrel while still retaining compact design. The reason the magazine is in the back is because it feeds up into the breech. The grip is in the front instead of the back. Many people (including myself) believe that this is more comfortable and more ergonomically correct. That 98 is not a true bullpup since it hasn't been modified to put the breech in the rear. It is however using the same principle of putting the grip in the front. It will feel like a bullpup, but he can't use a longer barrel and still retain compactness. The barrel will still be screwed into the front. I like it though. Post pics when you are done. Or maybe you've made some more progress? Edited by warbeak2099 |

I don't know what went into the construction of this marker, but I'll lay even money that it involved a crack addict in a dark room and a 5lb sledgehammer.
