      Anyone heard of the 21" M4 sniper barrel for the A-5?  Here's a link to a site it's on.  http://rap4.com/os/product_info.php?cPath=95_124_137&pro ducts_id=522

Ok, first off, accuracy really doesn't change after 16 inches, and second, what's the point of this?

Blitz just made a 21" barrel. I saw it on an Evil Pimp and it looked insane. Over 14" is too long.

Anything longer than 14" is useless. Regardless of barrel length, the ball will travel the same distance because all guns will shoot pretty much at the same velocity and the weight of the balls are relatively the same.

Not necessarily. Just get a high quality barrel and buy paint to match it. Buy a barrel set if you go to parks that only allow house paint.

I've never seen anything but .68 paint in my area/ at nearby parks.  Well, are there any reccomendations for good/reliable/sturdy barrels.  What size, too.  --I play some of everything, but don't prefer air fields.

Hey, actually paint varies in size a lot. They range in size from .679 to .695. This is why so many pro players use barrel kits so that they can have a perfect paint to barrel match for the best accuracy. Here's a link for the different barrels and their bore sizes to help ya out, Barrel Bore Sizes. Also, here are some paintball sizes to give you an extra edge, Paintball Sizes. Hope this helps,
Mike

as far as barrel kits go, there are a bunch of very good ones out there. Probably the most well known is the freak. But the inserts pose a problem and most players are shying away from them now. The evil pipe kit is very good and it has the smoothest bore out there, you can actually shoot through ball breaks and clean the barrel lol....other kits include the macdev matchstick kit, i have this one its totally worth the money i paid for it, most accurate barrel kit ive ever used (had a freak and a pipe). the other two good barrel kits are the Empire and the Lucky kits, and they both have different size kits for different prices.   btw, the most common bore size will be around a .685 to around .689

Rap4 makes .40 and .43 caliber paintball guns, I wouldn't trust thier quality. Check this out though- I know for a fact that these are good barrels. Check pbreview.com

It's a waste of 9 inches.

DrunkDriver: In your OPINION, its a waste of five inches. Don't forget that other may not value the same style of play as yourself.

^^ actually it is a waste of like 7 - 9 inches because after like   14 inches at the most  alll the barrel is doing is requireing  more c02 to push the ball out   so its pretty pointless   i respect your whole opinions arguement   but this is just fact opinions dont matter
