I dont no, but i also think this would be a good idea. So like when ur playin in a big senario game and u are attackin a base and u could throw 1 and blind them. That would be cool if it like lasted for 10 seconds. ?¿? Or is this a bad idea for safty hazard? |

Sounds like a sweet idea although, yeah, has some serious hazards to safety, like people blind firing and stuff.

Let me get this straight, you want to throw powerful stun grenades at paintballers?
Do you have any idea how powerfull those things are? Its not throw one and everyone stops moving for 10 seconds and their fine, its throw one and you cant hear to well for a few hours depending on the power behind it. VERY DANGEROUS, Do NOT attempt it. |

Well... i just meant like a little 1 for paintball. Notin that was gonna hurt any1 I dont want no army crap. Just like 1s that arnt that powerfull. Its paintball not war i understand that. So 1s that are on the same level as paintball. |

Actually some scenario games do use Flash Bangs, but most of the players are more of the law enforcement and military types and I wouldnt try using one when theres kids around who dont know what they are in the 1st place.

Yea anything that has a mild explosion cant be safe when put around tons of excited kids. Here i'll draw up a little diagram. explosion + excited kids = no good Not trying to bash on your idea i just want to harp how dangerous this can be and how it should never be tried. |

You are an idiot for even suggesting this. Military ordinance is NOT to be mixed with paintball. Flashbangs are designed to incapacitate people for short durations, and they work by basically blowing out your eardrums. A lot of flashbang victims bleed heavily from the ers for some time after the explosion. Flashbangs can start fires as well. There's a HUGE difference between playing with smoke grenades, and using actual explosives to simulate the military experience. If you want to play army, join up. If not, leave it to those of us who know what we're doing. |

ok, noone flame him, these people just dont search and never find the
millions of posts written on this kinda thing, so just ignore them. on the other hand, when the military use these, they throw them so that they can just walk in and shoot them, they dont give a flying frooglefinger what happens to their eyes and ears,, cuz they are about to shoot them. |

wouldnt be more effective to just throw something that doesnt explode and when the ref see's it have them keep the players from shooting for a certain amout of time

god,,, gan we stop the posts on flahsbangs,,, they are unsafe even if they
dont burn you because you have people blind shooting, tripping over stuff and generally creating an unsafe environment for paintball. its hard enough to convince people that paintball is safe if done properly without haveing flashbangs thown into the scene |
