The Night vision is actualy belongs to my boss, he is an avid hunter. It is on loan to me for the 28 & 29th. Pretty cool bos eh?
It is a Gen 2+ and it cost him about $3500 six or seven years ago. AN/PVS-4 U.S. Military issue crewserved night vision weapon sight. The AN/PVS-4 Model 700 Series night vision weapon sight is the same military system used extensively by U.S., NATO, and other military forces throughout the world Edited by dredned |

I found more info on this web site. I am in no way trying to sell one of these and have no affiliation with the site selling this scope. Address post is only to answer a few questions posted previously. Edited by dredned |

phhht...hahahahahaha...oh man...okay....
sorry, i had to get that outta me. It looks rediculous and pointless, but it will do you a lot of good in the 24 hour game during the night time hours...good luck man. I just hope you don't take one to the night vision thingie...that would suck. |

Of course I'll take it off during day. Has any one here ever played a 24 hr game? I have. The people with night vision slaughter you like sheep. I was at EMR for a 24 hr game about a year and a half ago and got owned by the Germans with night vision not fair I said. Not next time.

Actually, it should be fine even after a direct hit. Those things are designed to stay on target through grenade blasts and artillery, and from what I've heard, actually do.
Looks cool-and yes, you will slaughter people like sheep in the night. Beautiful. |

I just ran some tests with the night vision scope. I shot about 100 paint balls at a wooden birdhouse (about the size of a head) that is on a pole about 25 to 30 yards off my back porch. You can actually see the paintballs flying through the air and hitting on target. Accuracy is terrific, better than I thought it would be. The only draw back is I'll have to get used to shooting with my left eye. The lapco mount sets it off to the left about an inch at a 45 degree angle. To get proper allignment I need to use my left eye.
