Did anyone else hear about that like 90 year old man who killed a black guy in the 50's and was a KKK member thats all over the news ? They're trying to put him in jail. I really don't get it, hes had to live with that his whole life and now he's probably just an old bitter man. What's making him eat nasty food and sitting in an uncomfortable cell gonna change. It's the government wasting time and money on an old man. Thats just stupid, if somebody wants justice on this old man, thats just petty. He's gonna die soon regardless so let it go people. Anyways what are your thoughts?

Predatorr, you are contradicting yourself.
If you want justice, than you should support putting this man in jail. That's because he KILLED people. |

There is no time limit to charge someone with murder
but he probable wont endup going because the cost to care for him would be huge. Edited by GUNDAM_99 |

I agree with HeadHunter. House arrest is needed. Jail is pushing it too far. I saw a preview for a movie about a blind guy inthe KKK. He was VERY anti-black. The thing was he was blind his whole life, and no one saw him without the mask. He took it off one time, and he was black!
I forget the name of the movie, but it was quite a while ago. I wanted to see that so bad.

The statute of limitations is forever on murder, he deserves to be charged and placed in jail.

Since I am extremely against the death penalty, I won't go that far. But he should go to prison like any other criminal. |

Dave Chappelle... The movie Mississippi Burning is about this guy and what happened. I actually would have agreed with you. So would have alot of the jury members. BUT... he screwed himself. The jury came out and announced they were having a hard time reaching a verdict and the guy smirked openly. He knew he was guilty and thought that he was getting away with it. The jury saw that and I think it ticked they thought the same thing. Then they came back with the Guilty Verdict. |

There's a reason the statute of limitations is unlimited for the murder.
It should be applied. Heck, maybe it'll end the poor guy's life sooner. I know I wouldn't want to be living like he is. *EDIT*Wow, that was one big typo. I was just kinda typing away... I don't think he should get the death penalty-personally, I think that A)gives the killer an easy way out(no matter what the situation), and B)if we're wrong(come on guys, it happens), they're not dead because of it.
