Not really.  Last night I was looking for free TV shows online when I got bumrushed with Trojans and crap.  After quite some time, I was finally able to run Ad-aware, Spybot and Avast.  All of which found some stuff.  Now my computer seems to be running fine, except for Firefox.  At first, it would crash right after bringing it up, but now it only crashes every now and then.  And for some reason, it crashes immediately everytime I go to ctrlaltdel-online.com.  Are there more/better programs out there that I need to run?

Edit*  Well after a little more trial, it crashes on damn near every site I go to.  I guess I got lucky and it will keep this one up.

I may have fixed the problem myself anyway.  Avast spoiled me into thinking every program like that constantly updates their definitions and what not.  Apparently Spybot does not.  I updated them and ran it again and so far it has picked up much, much more.

Edit*  Well, while it did find an extra 25 entries, my browser still crashes upon visiting select sites.

Printer, photoshop, itunes, ect ect.

I know the latter two can sometimes be handled through wine, I never had any luck with it.

Oh, it broke my heart when I decided to switch back to Windows and had to switch back to iTunes.

Yeah, I tried gimp for a little while, but it didn't have my brushes or fonts.  I realize I could have gotten some specifically for gimp, but I am lazy.  That and I am resistant to change.  I know my way around photoshop fairly well and I really don't care to re-learn a similar program.

Hysteria,

Since you're running Spybot, did you use the "immunize" feature?  If not, try using it, then running another sweep.  If you still have problems, you may have to reload/update Firefox.  (My guess is you still have some sort of malware; I run Spybot with Firefox with no problems what-so-ever.)

You might also try downloading/running the free version of AVG.

Nope.  Immunized and reinstalled, but still nothing.  Is AVG better than Avast?  I've heard they are about the same.

Photoshop CS2 runs flawlessly in wine. When I say flawlessly, I mean it too.

If anything I'd say Avast! is better than AVG.

Try MalwareBytes Anti Malware or use one of the many online virus scanners. I'd try kaspersky.

Does this happen when you try using IE or any other browser?
A-5
E-Grip
JCS Dual Trigger
DOP X-CORE 8 stage x-chamber
Lapco Bigshot 14" Beadblasted

Optional setup:
R/T
Dead on Blade trigger
