Prolite question

I have a Prolite that won't re-cock when fired.

a Second thought......If you flood the gun with liquid CO2 and it works, you have increased the pressure.  This is normally a sign of worn orings.  If your orings are good, it could meen that you have something binding (retarding, slowing the operation down).  I have seen things like bent power tubes and such in the past.  I would redo the hammer oring and lube the gun again first.

(btw, flooding the gun with liquid co2 is the quickest way to find out if the sear is worn out.  If the gun works with liquid, but not gas, the sear is not the problem)

I had the same problem with mine.  I solved it eventually by polishing EVERY moving part inside the gun and making sure that nothing was rubbing ANYWHERE.  It now functions as intended. 

However, in my process i altered one of the internal pieces and now need to replace that in order to achieve any usable forward velocity.

TippmannParts.com only takes a stock item down when it is no longer available from Tippmann.  (we try to leave notes about the items up for reference).   This does not mean that someone else doesn't have some.  Sometimes Mcarterbrown forums are a good place to find odd parts.
