My new 98 project marker with dust green CP accessories.
The body is photoshopped Green over Silver.
In your opinion:
Would Silver over green (with a silver trigger) be better than
the Green over Silver (with a green trigger) in the image?
(also have a stainless screw kit, so silver screws)
![]() Thanks for any input

I like the current appearance because of the contrast between the barrel back and body. (The "98 CUSTOM" should be silver as well.)

How about Green on the top and bottom with the raised center area silver? It would flow into the barrel better. Personally, I would mill the center part smooth as well, but considering you are probably trying to prove the point with the name probably a no no.

That's a thought. I'll photoshop that and see how it looks. Thank you.
The Tippmann doesn't necessarily have to stay, but I like the silver on green.

Viceversa, if you got a green back, you could paint the mid green and the top and bottom silver. If you did clean work, you could actually put a decent polish on it. This would also allow you to mill and fill the mid section as it would be painted. Edited by oldpbnoob - 03 August 2009 at 8:14pm |

^^^^ If you hadn't noticed, I am a bit partial to polished markers.

The silver and green will be powder coating. I polished some of the inside
and it won't come close to the silver back so I'm not going to go that route.
The image should have a Silver CP gas through where the reg is, and the reg
directly in front of it. Maybe even canted ala cocker. The lp chamber just doesn't work.

It's a blow forward valve using an ebolt ram. My design aside from the PB ram.
The lp chamber is not needed now. I'll post pics next week when the parts are done. |

Ahh. Just curious. I started working on my Ebolt project last week. Still grinding and filling the body. Will post up some pics soon. Kinda going for a Milsimy look. Hopefully, it'll turn out decent.
