Do the articles you linked to prove that he sent them? No.

My guess is the guy was drunk and thought it would be a good idea to hit on college students. I am not in a position to lay out judgement on those grounds...

However, you are not a politician, someone responsible for helping run the nation, who may have committed acts including sexual harassment or worse.  (Worse being the possibility of felonies related to interstate commerce in pornography depending upon the local laws and the path taken by the message.)

Personal opinion, the guy's a perve and the people defending him or pretending nothing has happened are an embarrassment to their various organizations.  However, with this said, he is innocent until proven guilty; which is something some of us should remember.

By the way, FE's huffpo link had me rolling.  Keep in mind exactly what we are talking about here while reading the excerpts below:

• An informal poll . . . asked 100 New Yorkers . . . what they thought of it. The poll found most of the people asked said they didn't care about it one way or another
• . . . Rep. Weiner's missteps handling it . . .
• People paying attention -- and who could look away -- know that the more Weiner talked about it, the worse it got for him

I also got a kick out of how the article blamed the right wing without proof of said allegations.

My Mackstradamus prediction is that once more is known, it will turn out that Wiener did indeed send this picture and the ensuing media frenzy will probably produce previous similar behavior on his part.  I also predict that the radical left will continue to defend him way beyond the scope of common sense indicating his actions were inexcusable and will then throw him to the wolves and most will pretend they always knew he was guilty.
