I have been thinking (Uhh Ohh) and every ones knows how power full the american army is. and how weak the canadians is. but canadas 51 billion dollars in debt and the us is 7 trillion. so if canada spent 6.5 trillion dollars we could get a dam good army. so im not saying that americas army isnt power full just that if a country like canada spent 6.5 trillion on an amry we could have a power full army to. i hope that makes some sense.

thats exactly what i mean. when i say powerful army i mean amount of technology not the numbers.
