Are hopper shots ground for calling a player out. The hand looks colorful as well.

The orange on his hands looks like grounds for getting out, but the
other paint looks like its sploded inside the hopper to me...

check the underside of his hand. If he's got paint on that, then its a wipe. Otherwise, it actually looks like a bunker rub. I mean, its all over the side of that marker. Hopper, barrel, hands, reg, everywhere.
