how fast can a gravity fed hopper shoot? every once and a while my hopperskips a shot and i have to shake it(maybe its my hopper,its a standard veiwloader 200) i have a lightened trigger pull to about the same as a 98C, is it normal to be outshootin this hopper?

its normal to outshoot and gravity feeder.  i believe the max bps on a gravity feeder is like 3-7.  not sure though.  but yes it isnt rare at all to outshoot a gravity fed hopper.
The desire for polyester is just to powerful.

well threes realy low, i used to shoot three,before my trigger mod, i probly shoot about 5 or six now

so do you guys think its time to step it up to a cheap electric hopper?

i was thinkin of somethi like this

Get the revy, seen some for like 45 dollars, if thats too much then get the one cheaper then the revy, cant think of the name , but its the only cheaper then the revy and made by the same company (viewloader)

that would probably be a good hopper to start out with...havnt heard much about it though.

i still have my gravity feed hopper and i was looking in to that one too.

id say get one...get either the VL Revolution, Empire Reloader, or that Extreme Rage one...those are the best 3 for their price.

It's common for balls to "bridge" or, get jambed up in the entrance to the feed tube. And need to be shaken to move the balls around.

There have been lots of solutions to this problem including puffs of air into the hopper from the marker.

best thing to do is get a cheap stirring hopper. If you plan to upgrade get a good force fed hopper.

I don't like the Revvy, had nothing but problems.

I prever the Empire Reloader. It's made better, sturdier feednecks on revvys break easily, and the sound powered concept is much easier to set up and more reliable.

United States Marine Corps....   When it absolutely, positively, has to be destroyed overnight!

empire reloader or revvy, for a stock $2 hopper it will feed at different rates depending on how full it is, if you pack it it, it won't work so well, if you have about 100 rounds or so it will be good for a while

empire reloader is good for 15bps or so, plenty for your pro-carbine

Get a ricochet 2k or a empire reloader. I have both of those and they feed fine.
