yes. the basics between the rodeo (which i have) and the e99 avant (which i want)

rodeo specs:

mechanical
light trigger pull but it still alot of pull
has an ok built in reg/expansion chamber with a gauge that ACTUALLY works
stock barrel is decent...but u should still buy a new one.
the vertical adapter where the regualtor screws in has different threading so if u want to buy a new regulator (palmers male is awesome) u got to buy a new vertical adaptor. but the stock reg is good too. rare occasions does it spike velocity.
it is one of the spyders that dont break
the beavertail is sharp as poo. take it off right away. its only held by one screw.
of course the rodeo is cool looking especially if u get in in matte black

e99 avant

electric
got the 4 modes of fire-semi, 3 burst, 6 burst, full auto
really light and small trigger pull
finally a spyder that has a low rise feed neck. but its plastic so be careful
doesnt come with a reg but it has a regular vertical adaptor so u can just buy a reg and put it on.
stock barrel is ok
very popular and works smoothly
if u put a tigershark bolt in it and a titanium striker u hardly feel any kick

im helpful when it comes to spyders.<----best guns ever. woot.

Oh.. and... um... yeah I think that Plax_are_meth told you everything except that the A-5 is fairly heavy and most of it is plastic. (Although the plastic is ballistic strength).

good=fast, cool lookin,durable,reliable, you really wont have to worry about the cyclone breaking a ball that much.

bad=heavy,some plastic, uses alittle bit more gas but not much

what i ment by chop is not that the cyclone chops paint, but if a paintball breaks in the hopper it like...clogs the cyclone turning it into a paint blender. its is a really ugly mess, ur lucky for that to never happen to u.

it happened to me once, but i was using my friends pod cause i was all out of paint. he used some BE brand.

doenst happen often.

and if you buy an e-99 over an a-5. please tell me, so i can laugh at you.

I agree w/ whoever said to get the e-99 over the A-5.

E-99 - faster, lighter, better looking, shorter trigger pull, just as durable

A-5 - bigger, bulky, heavy, can't keep up

i said to get the e99 over the A5!!! woo, finnaly another suppurter (sp?). by the way, all u spyder haters out their do a research on the spyder em1.<----can beat up ne modded out tippy gun

an a5 will kill the other gun you want. tippmanns are alot better than spyders.
