Hey guys, i now have a stock spyder imagine select. I have been playing
with it for a while now but not buying any upgrades for it because i am
saving up for a new gun. I think i am going to get an impulse but im
not sure so will anyone give me some input about getting this gun or
recomend another gun?

Instead of the Impulse, check out the ICD B2k4 with PDS, or the WGP
2003 Autococker. Smart Parts markers aren't of the highest quality at
times.

^ pure stock no... But with a Eblade it is... Look inot a Superstock or a B2k4 w/ PDS those will probably be your best Bet. |

WITH SOME UPS pff try like 1,000+ dollars of upgrades and even at that they're not that great. Get a B2k with PDS or if you can spend more get a TImmy or Matrix.

Again, Impy the only one talking bad about Cockers.
Try an 04 Vertical Feed WGP Cocker, only about $50.00 more with brand spankin new Pneumatics. EDIT: By the way, how much is an E-Blade for a Cocker? I heard like $600.00, thats more then the friggin gun.  Edited by TheInvincible |

Aagain you should check out my other pos where I listed tons of other people who also hate cocker and who also ave "talked bad about them. THe sad thing is that its true. I put over $1000 of upgrades into my Impy and A-5 put more into is cocker to make it as good as the other tourney guns out there. Cockers need over 1,000 to make them even half decent.

hmm well theres a guy up at the local field where i play that has a 04
vert autococker with a freak barrel kit that can beat anyone up there
including the people that have impulses and dm4s

So why are 500 dollar guns suddenly pieces of junk ? And why is it
necessary to have a 1000 + dollar guns in order to even be a opponent,
that is assuming your still saying its not the gun its the player.

I would get an impulse. They can be upgraded with tons of stuff that make it pretty good. (LPR, magno triggers, W.A.S. Board, etc.)

Im not saying you HAVE TO! go and get a 1000 dollar gun a $500 or $600 gun like a B2k, or less expensive Timmy can be just as good as a $1000 gun. As I said before its the player that makes the star not the gun. If my rookie team using $1,600 Angels went against Dynasty using pumps Dynasty would still kill us. |
