In my opinion,I know everyone has one,the flatline barrel is a waste of time and money.Had I known all the hype was just an empty balloon,I would have bought the smart parts 14" barrel and saved money doing it.My a-5 has been put through the paces with those as well as the stock barrel. To anyone who reads this I hope they heed this.

If you want to know the truth, my Dye Boomstick was a waste of money. My flatline does exactly what the ads said it would do, it wasn't cheap, but for money vs performance, it's better than the Boomstick.

we all are entitled to our opinions, no matter how stupid and ignorant they are. I am therefore entitled to say "In my opinion, A5BAD is a poopoo head and should never talk again for fear of deminishing the prosperity of the human race,"....in my opinion |

^ lol I owned a flatline, it was great when I did use it how ever the course's (with the exception of one) is to small and it just wasnt as accurate as my other barrel, so i traded it for elbow & knee pad's, and a redz 4+3 w/ pods. I think it was a good trade. |

This is as bad as going into a Smart Parts forum and saying the Freak Kit sucks. |

I love my Flatlines, and my opponents hate them! I love the feeling of gogging a guy while his paint rolls up to my feet! I have a Dye Boomstick, but only because it came with the E-bolt 98 I just picked up. |

I don't understand um. Some hate, some don't, it makes me think they perform differently out of the box. A friend bought one for his gun and we all agreed, it was the most inaccurate peice of crap we had ever seen, not to mention I stood in a field 150 feet away and watched paintballs bounce off my chest (it took 14 shots for him to finally hit me.) Just for the speculators we tried it on another tippmann, and it sucked again. This happened after a field owner told us not to get the crap anyway. But, I guess some of them work, and to our tinkering ability we never got it to. |
