what size grain or what size drill bit do i need to sand down the lug on the hammer, so i can work with the eblade properly

Uhm, why? The whole point of the hammer lug is that it screws up or down from the hammer.

cockerkiller99 told me that you have to make the end of the lug completely flat with no little rounded edges or the eblade sear wont catch it properly and will snap it, and miss 10 out of 40 shots taken...?

What kind of cocker is this coming out of. What i know is that 2k3+ WGP cockers all have flat lugs which will work with an eblade

yes, you need a flat lug to work the e-blade properly. and just like bunkerking said ^ if its 2k3 or newer the lugs are pre flat. just take the sander on the dremmel kit and sand her down until u see no curves and then ur good to go, dont be afraid to mess anything up man, u cant really F up a hammer lug unless u r a complete moron and dremmel it until theres no lug left.
