Well i just went to the norma jean concert on saturday night and i was wondering how many people know who they are and/or have been to one of their shows i have been to 2 of them it is the only place i have gotten in a mosh pit (soooooooo much fun) ne way the other bands that played there were fear before the march of flames evergreen terrace (awesome show) throwdown (even better show) and then Norma Jean of course

no I haven't been to one of their concerts. yes, mosh pits are fun and how about crowd surfing. crowd surfing is awsome.

ya well first off you have to consider that it is a hardcore show hardness comparable to hatebreed / slipknot etc and im too fat to crowd surf it was soo annoying though people behind me would get picked up to surf and all of a sudden they would get thrown on the back of my neck it happened 2 or 3 times i was getting pretty mad at them &n bsp; i did save a girl from getting trampled in the pit though she fell over when the girl in front fell they picked the girl in front up but they didn't notice the other girl she almost knocked me down on top of her (that would have been bad) but i steadied myself and picked her up i felt special she was pretty ;)

Lots of good music were smashed and destoryed.... Hmm. Appearently someone is doing a good job underneath the earth's crust in the P.R. department. |

Norma jean is one of my favorite bands off all time. I need to see them in concert.
Also, about the christion rock...they arent pushing "christian" lryics in their songs its just that they are all christians. It is not like they are promoting "god". Edited by Glassjaw |

Creed was not christian nor were they hardcore.
Why not? The way its used is to say its extreme or extremely loyal christian music. But then again its all just music to me... too many labels. Anyways i was just at a norma jean show last week. It was norma jean, chariot, stretch armstrong, and underoath. Sweet concert but too many little kids wereing girl's jeans. I had fun smackin em down in the mosh pits. |

The only christian hardcore band that i know of is underoath and they
suck. I dont listen to christian rock because it is so pathetic.
If you want god, go to chruch and be more active in your church's
community. If you want to listen to music, listen to something good.

Please, look around a little more people! Has anybody heard of Life Fest? Just because people are christians doesnt mean they cant have hard core music. I hear christian music thats so hard I cant even understand what they are saying. I admit that christian rock isnt all that good most of the time. But they are getting better. I think you guys have a small view of a big subject....look into christian music more and you will find its not just the glory glory hold your hand in the air stuff.
