Isn't Burnt Fingers' sig/picture from that movie? No, I havn't personally seen it, looks pretty stupid, with its moments though, from what I've seen on previews.

I loved that movie!  Go see it with a bunch of stupid friends tho so incase you hate it and want to leave, you can laugh at you friends who are laughing at something so stupid.  Oh yeah...its really about nothing...seriously, theres way too many random sparadic things in this movie to have a plot but its still really funny if youre in an open minded mood

Yeah, the point of the movie is that it doesn't really have a point, at least as far as plot is concerned.  It's a movie about characters.  Much in the same way that "Clerks" is.  The movie isn't about anything except the interaction of these really strange individuals.  There isn't even really any character development really, because that kind of stuff, really when you think about it, is pretty fake.  Most people's personalities don't change over the course of a few days or weeks or whatever the time frame is for most movies.

Instead of relying on entertaining situations, Napoleon Dynamite relies on entertaining characters.  They don't change, they just are.  In fact, if there *is* a plot to the movie, it would be that here you have this total dork of a person, very socially inept, who just accepts himself for who he is and doesn't feel the need to change for anyone other than himself.  People laugh at him, people beat him up... But even when he saves the day (sorry if that counts as a spoiler), it makes no difference to him, because he wasn't doing it to impress anyone.

I saw that movie... I don't really remember anything from the movie other than the fact that I was laughing just about the whole time... That might not have been because of the movie though...
