Search dude..but since I'm postin I might as well answer you. There's a cylinder behind the trigger, and everytime you shoot the cylinder fills up with co2 and puts the trigger back in ready to shoot position. So if you do it correctly when it resets it will bounce off your finger and turn then gun auto basically. |

The response trigger actually puts a piston in back of your trigger and when you pull the trigger you push the piston. the piston bounces back faster than the usaul trigger make you ready to fire again. It is almost full auto. I have one and i love it.

The R/T pushes the trigger back into position, allowing for higher rates of fire. the ROF is adjusted by allowing more or less CO2 into the cylinder. A side effect of the R/T is that is can bounce the trigger off your finger, firing each time. This isn't a true "full-auto", but it's close. It's known as "sweetspotting". it's not easy to do, but you can lay down quite a bit of paint if you manage to hit the sweetspot. |

If you are planning to purchase a Response Trigger, keep in mind that Response Triggers are not allowed at many fields. Contrary to popular belief, 3 bps accurately placed (which is easily done with a stock trigger on any gun) is just as effective as 32bps. The only true benefit of insane bps is the intimidation factor (mostly against newer players). Accuracy counts 10x more then spam. |

nobody is walking any tippmann trigger unless it is electrical and even some electrical are impossible to walk. I'm talking about really walking it [ie: over 5 bps] not laboring to pull the trigger w/ alternating fingers and calling it walking. |

Really, how enforced is that? Have you seen somebody have to leave the field because of that? |
