   When I try to print there is a window that pops up and says that "your printeris offline"  how do I fix this problem.

	Reinstall or update your printer drivers. Turn everything off and boot them up again.

	go into the printers and faxes section of the control panel and right click on the printer that you want to print off of and select "use printer online". if it doesnt work, make sure that all your printer stuff is connected and that it turns on.
