Ok i want to do a custom paint job but if i do this and my serial number is shaved off or gets covered up in the paint wall that void my warrenty on the gun?

Just painting your gun will viod the warrenty. Any modification will. So if your warrenty doesnt expire soon, dont do it. But the warrenty isnt really nessessary. Sure its a great conveiniance, but Tippmann do not often need new parts. |

I talked to someone from tippmann and they said it wont void my warrenty as long as the serial number is still visible but i dont know any way to keep that on there after i sand my gun down and paint it does anyone know?

When i got my gun powder coated i just sand blasted it and the serial number or any lettering did not become hard to read or gone. Even after the powder coat was done i can still read it fine. Edited by Dirtbike1445 |

well i dont want to send it in to get powercoated and i think it would get destroyed because it is on there so lightly. |

Its looks like its just engraved in the paint not even in the gun.
