Its for risky cituations, if something is too small for a swat team, you could send in the monkey, but the breed of monkey is very smart. Im not sure EXACTLY what the little guy cold do, but i know he is gettin a bullet proof vest.

Some monkeys have the intelligence of a small child in some respects so it would be like putting an innocent child's life in danger. The same goes for the Navy using Dolphins. If We get ourselves into the situation We should get ourselves out and not use animals lives anyway we want for any dumb reason. I'm not a big P.E.T.A. fan but there has to be some limit on what we do, It's just common sence.
