I have this stuff called "Slip Agent 6" do you think it would be safe to use on a gun? It says it's "Highly Concentrated Anti Static Silicone Blend Lubricator"

Looks like an industry specific lubricant, for use with paper cutting and related equipment.  How it would work with pneumatics and paint is anybodys guess.  It would probably work, but unless you get it free, you would be better off with Hoppes no.9.

Just stick with Hoppes #9. That stuff isnt really made for pneumatic moving and sealed parts, so it may not be good for the gun. Better safe than sorry.

Anything petroleum based will eat the o-rings and plastics. It also sounds like that stuff is thick or a type of dry lube that coats since it won't harm the stock or material. You need a thinner wet type lube in guns
