Ok, i've been wondering this for a long time.. how fast can the cyclone actually go, does it end at 15 bps, and if so can i modify it to make it go faster.

I've hard that after you get much higher than 15, the balls will bounce off the rapidly spinning "blades" and will start chopping.

why the hell u wana make it go faster? u dont plan to actually pull the trigger 15 times a second do you? 10 maybie, even 12 but 15??? i dono... id rather not risk chopping paintballs, and go with th 15 balls per second. talking to priate i guess wount hurt tho...

ummm a lot of people can pull the tigger that fast i fave an A-5, egrip, and JCS trigger and I can max it out at 15 bps

I still say slap a QEV on there and it will run faster.

The major limitation of the cyclone is the fact that it is spring return. At rapid fire so much air will be getting fed into the cylinder that it cant exhaust fast enough to spring return (the stars turn on the cylinder retracting, not extending)

I still like the Warp feed system idea I had on an A-5 by ditching the cyclone all together. Im sure someone else thought of it too and Im not taking credit.

that seems like such an easy fix Tippman could just engineer it the other way, or a company could make a kit or something
