I wanted to know if i should get the flatline for the 98 custom cause it sounds really good but then again there are things that dont sound to good.

If you play woodsball, I find it a must.

Absolutly if you want to shoot flatter and farther it's the only barrel

but it also has its disavantiges, if you shoot at a long distance the balls will bounce and not break....im still thinking about getting it but i dont know.....im to sad right now

for woodsball you deff. need it  its meant for fps  and in woodsball u need it  for speedball dont get it its a waste for speedball but good for woodsball for speedball i sugest a 14'' lapco bigshot

I would say woodsball yes, and speedball no.  If you want more range get it.  Be prepared to spend a little money and time on paint.  The way it sounds to me it is very picky on paint.  Try Marbilizers.  They are supposed to be awesome with the Flatty.  It otherwise won't be very accurate.  If you're happy with the regular barrel range, get a 12"-14" Lapco Bigshot.
