I would say the b2k4 with PDS. Thats only b/c i had a b2k4
without pds and loved it. It was an awesome gun for the
price. You can score one now with pds for hella cheap. It's
also very easy to maintain.

i would say ion. i am one of the few who support smart parts (im gonna get flamed for that) but i would still rather have a tippy for what i do. anyway, ions are cheap for the quality, pretty customizable, and easy to maintain. plus they look nifty!

Seipher, ready to be flamed? J/k everyone gets their own opinion here. Im one of the ones against SP because of their policies and quality control and lawsuits but they do their best with only 150 factory employees. I say go for the ICD because its faster and cooler lookin and accurate and upgradeable. Also reliable. P.s. Id really rather not be flamed so keep it to yourself please. |

The b2k is a proven design and has alot of upgrades available and is a larger, more heavy gun which isn't really a bad thing IMO. The extra weight should help control recoil compared to the Ion. The Ion is cheap, small, light and suppoesedly turning out to be a good gun. The attraction I have to the Ion is price and the thought that it would be a waste of money to add upgrades. It's ready right out of the box. This is one gun that I'd stay away from upgrade hype. Another thing for me is comparing the Ion to something else I might get like an Angel and I would rather have 3 or 4 Ion's than an Angel. I use this as a way of justifying money spent. All thing's considered I say b2k |

Out of your choices... another vote for the B2K PDS.
I had a B2K back in the day, and it was a good marker. Ended up trading it... but probably would have kept it if it had eyes. With PDS, and the fact that they are now threaded for Cocker barrels... vast improvement over already good guns. Aside from my ill-will towards SP for all their patent BS... my opinion of SP was low before then. Their customer service was downright awful... not only for users, but for dealers. Maybe they've improved since then? ICD on the other hand, always had good customer service (back then)... par with Tippmann's. It's been years since I've dealt with either, so I may be a bit outdated... but I still take company history into account when considering what products I buy. |

The new Ion is great. Shoots incredibly fast, with good consistency right out of the box.
However, I understand all the anti-SP talk. My local pro-shop's techs are actually certified SP dealers, and they also honor your waranty. So customer service has been great for me. Maybe not so good for someone else. I'm not going to vote, because it all boils down to what feels best in YOUR hands. BKO's are also pretty darn good guns. I can tell you this, the Ion is really easy to work on, and is also pretty dang reliable. Don't let the plastic sleeve fool you either, they are almost 100% metal. Get an aluminum body kit and will be (for the most part). Good luck on your decision, I hope my info is helpful. |

I won't offer an opinion on Ion vs. B2K, but I will suggest that out of the guns listed, those two are the only ones you should even consider. The remaining guns on the list should not be compared with an Ion or B2K. |

sorry...my reason: its light, its fast, has some great ups on it.
Probably one of the best markers for its price. It can probably
compete with some of the higher end markers with a couple of ups.

I was gonna get a B2K4 w/ pds but my proshop suggested an ion over it because they said that ICD has great service but the guns break easy. So go with the ion

im not much into kingman, they are good guns and all, but still... any way, why is no one mentioning the electra. 30 balls a sec is pretty god for $265. as for the anti SP talks, i just like the gear they sell (I WANNA SHOCKER!). i have not yet delt with the staff so i have no idea what they are like. |

well if i were you i would get the B2K PDS or the Promaster that is coming up my reason is their nice gun and are pretty reliable plus instead of being 1 of the 20 people at your field with the ion you could have people saying "holy what kind of gun is that its sweets" anyway ya i bought a ion just because it was cheaper and easier to get then the B2K PDS or Promaster in canada so if you have the extra money buy the one of them but the ion isn't a bad choice either so its up to you buddy

Id say the ICD B2k pds because it has an awesome board and a wicked trigger. It RIPS like mad and you cant go wrong w/ the pds. It will compete with the high enders 2x the price of it. There are also a decent amount of ups for it and maitenance will be simple. Since ICD just came out with a new marker Im hoping I can get a nice deal on the B2k4 PDs myself. Good luck
