Hah! Excelent. And so many people claim that everyone deserves a chance at life and shouldnt be aborted. Here is living proof, that isnt the case always the case.

And how was that? I never put much thought into this type of thing before. I don't even know what Hellen Keller was famous for, I originally thought she was popular because of her disabilities.

I think some people just go around news sites on here just to find some interesting or stupid link about the news or the world just so they can post something moderatly interesting and half the time its stupid and pointless things.

I'm on that site (crime library) all the time, I find it interesting. I saw this, and found it bloody ridiculous. I thought others might want to join me in laughing at this woman.

She is suing because the doctor gave an incorrect medical diagnosis. Had the doctor gotten the diagnosis correct, the mother would have aborted the child and the girl would not be here today.

It would be as if the you went into your doctors office to be tested for cancer and he told you that you didnt have cancer that you had a cough. If it turns out you have cancer you can sue. So why should this girl be able to sue?

Oho, I misunderstood at first. My friend's grandfather had liver cancer and the doctor kept telling him it was nothing, that it would go away soon. It never went away, he died a few years ago. Blast those ignorant fools. I still think this woman is stupid though.

What I don't get is, if she's really that disappointed with her life, why not do what thousands do and commit suicide? It seems much easier than all this lawsuit nonsense, the lawyers, the court rooms, etc. Not that I encourage it, but I just find it odd she didn't choose the easy way out.

She communicated through a special form of sign language.  Her teacher spoke to her by touching her hand in a certain way.

Ok, thats why you get a second, maybe third opinion.
So that way you dont have to sue, making doctors insurance go up, making doctor visits even more expensive.

I know plenty of healthy normal people who wish they wouldn't have born.  Does that mean the doctor should have aborted them to?

This story plays no role in any way to help pro-choice supporters.
