    Posted: 23 December 2005 at 1:26pm
Well . . .

I just got a whole bunch of new parts for my gun, a stabilizer, an e-grip and JCs duel trigger, a unimount and such.  Well, I have had those parts installed for a long time without testing them, so I finally got air and gassed up my gun and started to fire . . .

After about three shots in semi I hear a faint little clicking when it should be dry firing.  I pulled off my e-grip and put on my stock grip and there were no problems.

I am thinking I should put in anew battery but any help would be appreciated.

try a new battery.

A gun is not a weapon... It's a tool. Like a butcher knife, or a harpoon, or...uh, a...an alligator.

take the trigger assembly out of your egrip, open it up and look at the sear.  does it have an oval hole or a circular one?

Tippmann has new ones that are circular, you'll have to order the newer one.

Take out the armature pin, the thing that hits the sear, and look at the top of it and see if it mushroomed a little. You might have the old pin that isn't as strong. Tippmann has a new reenforced one.
