Let me know when you get the eyes done. I know someone with a similar setup. It's crap even with the t-board, acs bolt, pipe kit and halo. It hasn't got the eyes drilled out yet but I doubt that will save it..

nah. the spyder only cost me 50 bucks. i would have been lucky to get a brass eagle for that much...

plus, im on a quest to prove spyders arent the crap guns everyone says they are.

now heres why that aint gonna work.
1. price. the spyder is WAY more cost efficient than an ion or a trix. spyder = everything you see for 100$. dm3 or less = around 400$. ion, completely stock = 300 bucks.

2. air. while not being as air efficient, the spyder CAN run on co2. if you factor in the other guns using nitro or compressed air, add another 100$ to the price for a tank.

3. what now? sell the spyder (for around 50$) and buy a trix (around 500$)? that's just silly. ive done the calculations, and total, id have to spend about 300 bucks on the spyder for all the ups id want. while i could get an ion for 300 bucks, id have to spend more to upgrade it.

while i admit those are better guns, my spyder is more economically friendly, and has yet to fail on me. i don't know why people say they suck. its a 2003 and my friend got it new, and it never crapped out on him. i baught it from him and it works fine for me. just show them love, and they'll show you love.
