    Posted: 14 April 2006 at 11:52pm

hello i am looking into turning my gun into a rifle. my first milsim thing ever. i drew up these pics and tell me what you think and offer suggestions: (yes i know they were crappily drawn in paint but you get the picture) tell me if you like remote or hidden tank better. the thing that will make this better than the rest of the rifle mods is that i wont be using a permade stock. i will be making a new one myself. that way i can make it blend and contour with the gun.

first my normal gun right now: (no barrel)

second my rifle with a normal air intake with tank inside stock:

third my gun with a remote:

nah wouldnt get rifle stock or carbon fibre. what type of wood do you think would be best. has to be cheap, nice, and strong. weight is second priority.

Well, you can get some really nice hobby plywood from craft stores... Its just as strong, although its a lot smoother and its not chipped.  Though it also comes in smaller sizes than the stuff from the hardware store.
