I'm getting a new barrel for my Tippmann A5 (I haveb't purchased yet) and I'm stuck between two barrels the All American and the Lapco Bigshot. I'm a woodsballer.

P.S. I'm sorry if this has been posted already a million times, feel free to redirect me to a previous post.

Go with the lapco bigshot, it is the best bang for your buck and you cann't go wrong going with a Lapco barrel, trust me on that one!
Just go with the bigshot and you will be carried away with its amazing accuarcy and range, I donno what a dye ultra light is but I am sure you will love the Lapco Bigshot on your A-5 because, man I do!

I am 98.6% woods/scenario and I know what's good out there!

I'm with seal, bigshot is the way to go.

Although its important to add that the only way a barrel can add range is backspin, so only the flatline and apex adds range.

yeah I think I might get the Lapco Bigshot because I heard from a guy that the Bore size for the All American is to big for most guns and it made mostly for smart parts guns like the shocker, or something like that.

Bore size has to do with paint, not guns.

Not sure if you saw my post above yours. its worth a read.

BOth will be loud, because of the large bore size.

How loud a barrel is doesnt matter though, unless your using a silencer(illegal unless registered) whoever your shooting at is going to hear you.

I'm ging to get the Lapco bigshot 14" but I was also thinking of getting an BT Apex barrel instead of the E Grip for my A5. What do you guys think? Does the E grip really make much of a difference?

-Better?
The bigshot is more accurate.

-Easier to clean?
The Ceramic has the "self cleaning"(if you break a paintball you can keep shooting and you supposedly get around %70 of your accuracy back)but in order to get it back to normal you still need a squeegie anyway, so they're about the same.

-Quality?
I'd have to go with lapco on this one.

Length does not matter. Match it up to your field position. 8"-10" for front 10"-12" for mid 12"-14" for back.  12" is a good all around length for woods.

I absolutely LOVE my E-grip. If you pair it with the JCS dual trigger...the things insane. The trigger is so light and easy to walk its amazing. I'd highly suggest it.

a barrel will honestly not slow you down...  seriusly, if it would be noticable, time to get out the weight set...
