how do you break a screw? (a velocity screw anyways) make sure the velocity screw is in there and if your using co2 that can happen sometimes. an expansion chamber would help the problem is simply that your using co2. |

with CO2, it's quite common to have spikes in velocity, it's just the nature of the beast. CO2 needs time to turn into a gas, if it's not given enough time, you shoot liquid CO2, and the liquid is more dense than the gas---voila! velocity spike. |

Make sure your valve isn't stripped, that caused my gun to do that. Got a new vavle and it fixed the problem.
