I was hangin out with one of my girlfriends and we made a cigarette run to this local gas station that we always go to. We always talk to the cashier and joke with him like... everyday. I was talking about how everyone at our work likes to steal my bic lighters. So we saw a magenta flip lighter (it's my favorite color) and my friend was like, "get it! now no one will steal your bics."

so i got it. we went to go light one up and i was like... this lighter is bunk. it doesn't work. i went back inside and went the cashier and said, "Chris! You sold me a bunk lighter!" He replied, "no, it's a good lighter, you spent $22 on a Zippo. There's no way it's broke. It just needs fluid." I'm like What!? I seriously spent $22 on a lighter without even knowing?

i felt sooo retarded. that's why you don't purchase anything at 3 am in the morning while intoxicated.
