Barrel adapter

so i have seen barrel adapters that you can use on an a-5 to use 98 barrels
I am looking for the opposite, an adapter to put on my Custom 98 act platinum so i can use A-5 barrels. I have yet to find any.
you might be asking why? My first gun is an a-5 and i have a few really nice barrels for my a-5 and i just got a Custom 98 act platinum for a spare/wife gun/ or take a friend with me gun and figure i can save money by just buying an adapter.

if anyone knows if this type of adapter exists and where to get one your help would be greatly appreciated.

thanks, is this right though because i heard somewhere that they have changed the tread types from the old tippmann 98's to a slightly larger coarse thread on the newer tippmann 98 customs with act... is that false information... if not will this fit my brand new 98 custom act platinum?
