An ex-girlfriend of mine has some pictures of me (not nudez) that I would prefer that no one ever saw. She likes to send me little emails with the pictures and the phrase "remember this?" Does this qualify as blackmail or does she have to make a threat for it to cross that line?

She has to be using them to try and get you to do (or not do) something. The photographer usually has a lot of leeway to display photo's too, so you're probably screwed. |

I'm curious as to why you don't want anyone to see them...? They must be bad if she sends you cute, threatening e-mails.
You could always combat it by getting all the good drunken slutty antic pictures from Facebook and getting her parents' email address. |

I have already tried telling her I'm saving them but she claims theres nothing the cops can do about it. I just wish it would stop, this craps 4 years old. I'm smart enough now not to do some of the stuff I've done. |
