COD5 World At War.

Anyone else have it ? Got it Friday night after work, played a little went to bed, then yesterday after work I played more and beat the game.

The whole zombie thing was weird.

I can't really describe it, the game wasn't disappointing, but it sure didn't deliver. IMO COD5 doesn't come close to touching COD4, I guess COD4 was just done really well.

Infinity Ward did a much better job. It really shows on the graphics.

I like it, in fact I played from like ten last night until 4 this morning.

played it, decided to trade it for need for speed undercover.

 CoD5 owns...  It took the great CoD4 engine and turned it back to WW2, in my opinion, CoD5>CoD4, why? because it's practically the same game but with improvements everywhere, it's gory, like a War game should be, CoD4 no gore, it's WW2, the greatest war in history, gets points from that to.

 It doesn't feel like paintball anymore, like CoD4 did with everygun being automatic with a surpressor, in this game you actually have guns with Kick.

 IMO everything about this game is superior to CoD4.

 Zombie mode adds alot of replay value to, it also has War, Hardcore FFA, tanks, bayonets, limbs being blown off, the entire experience is just so much more real then CoD4, but then again we are talking about a "Arcade shooter" so realism only goes so far.

 I haven't had as much fun with a game in along time... oh and the Dogs rule... no more hiding in a building from a stupid helicopter pilot.

I love it. The nazi zombie mode is really fun. If you can get some friends to play together with it can really be fun especially with the new xbox live party system. If you had fun playing with your friends on COD4 then you will have fun playing on COD5. PLus every level on this game is perfectly setup for a game me and my friends like to play call the cat game. It's a hardcore private match where you have nine lives and the last person alive wins. You'd think it would just be a camp of, bt me and my friends get bored easily so its got alot of running around. My only complaint with COD5 is that sometimes the tanks can be annoying. They should have made a team deathmatch section with no tanks. And the dogs can be annoying if like me your and your internet has gotten worse lately and on somedays I cannot get over 1 bar of signal. Laggy dogs = Me pissed off.

COD 5 is fun because its different from COD 4. Zombie mode is mad fun. I play on live with a friend that lives in the building next to me and I can hear him scream from here. I have mixed feelings on live play though. I feel COD 5 is much harder than the previous, ie more spawn killing, camping etc.

 That's funny... so to all the people who have never played MOH, previous CoD games, Wolfenstein, all these great WW2 games, will still find CoDWaW OverDone? I don't think so, it may be "overdone" to you, but to me it will remain the greatest "War Enviroment" to date, thats why so many devolopers make WW2 games.

 Yea the Flamethrowers boring... "insert sarcasm here" yea the WW2 genre is overdone... the whole idea of the World going to war just..doesn't do it for me any more...

 So give me the Sci fi, the laser rifles, the motion bombs, the modern war which people are fighting right now, yea give me something I can relate to! Iraq! i wanna go to Iraq "well there little sonny you won't have to wait long! the Beta Iraq was just released all you have to do is head over to you're recruiter and sign up!

 To each their own, one feels it was overdone, and the other feels it wasn't told correctly, which is why we have the game WaW.

 Activision will most likely return to the "Modern" scene, so there ya go..

 But no war to date, will ever compare to WW2, Wars these days arn't even fought the same way as back then, today you ride down a road and get a IED.. back then you had a LT screaming at you to CHARGE the enemy posistion... yea...

 P.S Get Cable Internet, you can't really critisize a game when you've never played the actual game, SP is here for us to have fun and fool around, MP is where the real game unfolds.

 And yea I agree the 12x7.108mm Anti tank rifle is pretty low Cal, same with the 357., 7.62x39 bolt action rifles, the 30 cal automatic machine guns, none of these compare to our 223. cal rifles, and 556mm SAW...

 Really?... no...

 Graphics are great, get a better T.v... they may seem more "Gritty" then CoD4 but thats because it was the style they were going for, not pretty and shinny, but dirty and gritty... it's WW2...
