Tippmann Custom Support is GREAT

   Just felt like putting in a good word for Tippmann, their customer support is awesome.
I was having problems with my Custom 98 that I absolutly could not figure out.  Turns out one of the guys was having problems fixing it too, so he just game me a completely new Custom 98 along with a brand new cyclone feed and RT which I had installed before.  The new 98 has the ACT too, which my one I sent in didn't.

Mind you I had to pay for NOTHING, they even payed to ship it back!  I had no warranty on anything either!  Bran new stuff, free!  That's around or over a $300 value!  Tippmann rocks!!  They were also really helpful on the phone too.

Tippmann is great!

	Good story. Most people have similar experiences, even if they usually do not end with a new gun. I think Tippmann understands that their target market are people who do not want to spend hours and dollars fixing their guns - they just want them to WORK. As a result, Tippmann routinely services guns that are far beyond their official warranty. If you build your business on a reputation of reliability, you need to back it up. And I bet your story just sold four more guns for Tippmann. Thanks for sharing.
